Crew Role	Name	Justification
Gaffer/ Grip	Harry Bilk	Harry has shown that he is an inexperienced runner. Also showing the skills and enthusiasm which he can bring into the work place. He also spends a lot of time to ensure that work is being done to the right level of profession. I believe that Harry has the skills which are required to become a Gaffer/ Grip. With this he can work on improving the rest of his skills and be able to become a Runner. With previous experience for working for different film studio's, this also shows that he has some experience within the studio and this will benefit his professional ideas.
Sound Recordist	Ryan Smith	Through Ryan's CV is it obvious to see that Ryan has previous experience within this role. He has been able to acquire a range of communication and workings skills which are needed to be a runner. Ryan is capable of conducting independent research, also has acquired basic editing technique skills involving sound, video and web blogging experience. Ryan also mentions that he has good time management skills, this would be why I believe he would fit the description of being a Sound Recordist as he has all this previous experience.
Director of Photography	Kieran Falzon	I see this job appropriate for Kieran as he has the knowledge which would be required to take and edit pictures using an editing software. Kieran is aware of which software's are appropriate to apply certain changes. He also has knowledge as to camera placement and appropriate knowledge with soundtracks. He understand how to move and work with graphics. I can also see in his CV that he has mentioned that he is a good camera operator which is an important skill to have as a Director of Photography.
Camera Assistant	Varshini Yogaeswaran	Varshini has mentioned in her CV that she has common knowledge with angle/ shot sizes. In her CV she has also mentioned that she has the appropriate composition skills which I believe to be appropriate for the Camera Assistant role. In addition to this, she has also said that she has the experience of basic camera skills which proves that she is capable for this particular role.
