Recorded Music

Recorded music is regularly used in film production. Short films are no different from features here, many short films have had original scores which have been composed for them and many others given their small budgets have managed to get permission from upcoming or artists to use their music. Productions on very small budgets on very small budgets rely on sourcing low fee music.
I undertook research into the kind of skill sets that are required for producing original scores and compositions. By going to universities offering courses in composition and looking at the skills they require and at their development of those skills.

- Many of the courses they offer are creative courses.

their aim is to join up creative practice with academic research and scholarship
